In order to retain the high standards achieved at the Shows and other activities it organises throughout the year, St. Mellons and District Farmers Association is greatly dependant on a high level of sponsorship.

Over the years many sponsors have continued to support the same event, in some cases incorporating their corporate name with that event. The Society is also fortunate to benefit from the sponsorship and benefaction of many individuals and it greatly appreciates this support.

Despite this ongoing sponsorship, there are always opportunities to sponsor specific events at our Shows, particularly when we plan a display or exhibit as a "one-off" feature at a Show.

The annual St Mellons Show, held for the first time this year on a Saturday will be on 7th August 2010 and offers the most auspicious opportunities for corporate sponsors as several thousand people from all over South Wales and indeed further afield attend the Show.  Sponsorships of the St Mellons Show can provide valuable benefits both for business and private individuals.

Arrangements are under way for this year's St. Mellons Agricultural Show and 2010 will see it's 135th Show. The St. Mellons Show is undoubtedly one of South Wales' Premier Shows with an average attendance of around 6000 people.

To stage this prestigious event, an enormous amount of money is required and the Show is certainly indebted to many prominent Companies and individuals who have contributed towards the success of the Show over the past years.
