EXHIBITORS MUST MUST BE AWARE OF THE DEFRA LEGISLATION GOVERNING THE MOVEMENT OF LIVESTOCK UNDER FOOT AND MOUTH AND BLUE TONGUE RESTRICTIONS.
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILIITY TO ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE THE REQUIRED LICENCES AND ARE FULLY COMPLIANT WITH ALL BIO-SECURITY MEASURES

Passports must accompany all cattle.
All exhibits to be the bona fide property of the exhibitor and to be in the exhibitor's possession at least three months prior to the Show Day.
Cows or Heifers calving at the show or which show signs of abnormal discharge will be placed in isolation and returned to the herd of origin as soon as practicable. If calving takes place or any abnormal discharge occurs before the time of judging, such animals will not be allowed to compete.
Bulls must be rung and accompanied by two adults when not tethered. Exhibitors must comply with all sections of the HSE Guidance, Note GS36 "Safe custody of bulls at agricultural shows, markets or similar premises off the farm".
Exhibitors must ensure that they are aware of the ST MELLONS & DISTICT FARMERS ASSOCIATION LTD's SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT (found at the front of this schedule).
Where an animal has become excited or aggressive it will not be allowed to compete in the class it is entered.
An appropriate adult must take over from a Young Handler if he/she is having difficulty in maintaining control over his/her exhibit.
Prize money will be given out at 4.00pm in the Secretaries Tent alongside the Main Ring - please ensure that you have your rosettes/place cards available when collecting your money.
EXHIBITORS MUST TAKE REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS TO SAFEGUARD THEMSELVES AND OTHERS WHILST COMPETING AT THE SHOW.
